One customer for whom the Internet is working is Kingfisher Graphics, a very creative printer of large format products based in Stockport. Before involving me in their Internet marketing they already had a well designed website providing information on many of their products and services. I reviewed the existing pages and quickly tweaked them to make them more friendly to Google. Together we then started to extend the site with new pages that would capture the attention of a wider audience. A point came where extending the site was no longer viable so I developed a new site that was flexible, easy to expand and easy for search engines to read and process.

In line with expanding the site we built up a business decision maker email database and started a targetted email campaign. The following few months saw a 100% increase in website traffic, a significant increase in leads from the website contact page and from phone calls as a result of the emails and the website. The sales team has converted a good percentage of these leads into orders and obtained important new customer accounts.
